Accounts Executive


- Permanent
- Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Near Marymount MRT
- Up to $3200

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle full set of accounts preparation for portfolio of clients
  2. Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly GST submission
  3. Prepare accounting schedules for year-end finalisation/audit purpose
  4. Prepare unaudited financial statements
  5. Prepare corporate/personal tax submissions
  6. Assist in HR matters such as calculate payroll, prepare payslips and submit CPF.
  7. Other ad hoc/ admin duties assigned.

Salary:

  • Up to $3200 

Working hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm 

Location:

  • Near Marymount MRT

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and accuracy
  • Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, positive working attitude
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in relevant roles
