Manager, Plans & Service Excellence Branch


- 2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)
- Mon to Fri; 8am - 5.30pm

- Up to $6500 + PB
Job Summary:
The incumbent leads and manages the daily operation of the Plans & Service Excellence Office. He or she ensures that the contract management are fulfilled to meet company’s immediate and long-term strategic objectives. In this capacity, he or she also plays a mentorship role to executives in branch, and ensures constant improvement in their performance. With a branch of three executives, the main responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
 
Main responsibilities: 
Ensure contractual management such as in the fulfilment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLAs) are monitored
Ensure compliance in contractual agreements
Advise Operation Centres on contractual obligations from the financial and business perspectives
Perform data and business analysis on project and survey results
Prepare, evaluate and assess contract documents, including Variation Orders and costing
Responsible for maintaining and updating of all associated contractual documentations and records
Responsible for all other contracts management related job
Lead Business Excellence movement such as business continuity management, process risk management, business process re-engineering, quality improvement etc.

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri; 8am - 5.30pm

Salary:

  •  Up to $6500 + PB

Requirements:

  • Graduate (preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing and Economics) with at least 12 years of working experience
  • Committed individual who is meticulous, possess strong leadership qualities and a good team player
  • Possess good analytical and negotiation skills, able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment to meet critical deadlines
  • Possess good English language proficiency, and effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience in contract management and negotiation will be an added advantage
