E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities:

E-commerce:

• Creating and maintaining accurate product listings on the company’s website and brand stores on online marketplace platforms
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns with online marketplace platforms
• Optimising inventory level and pricing accuracy for product listings
• Respond to customer enquiries on timely basis
• Collaborating with colleagues to fulfil sales orders
• Handle return/refund/exchange orders if any

Order Processing:

• Process purchase order to suppliers
• Verify invoices for pricing and quantity accuracy
• Coordinate international shipping
• Compile monthly purchase report

Working Hours:

• 9.00am to 6.00pm,Monday to Friday

Salary:

• Up to $3500

Location:

•  Outram Road 

Candidate Requirement:

• Working knowledge of online marketplace platforms is an advantage (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop)
• Similar experience in ecommerce in a retail industry is an advantage
• Good command of English
• Diploma in any field
• Possess great attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
