Assistant Executive (Payroll)


- 2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)
- Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5:30pm
- Depot Road
- Up to $2800 + PB

Job Responsibilities:

  • To process payment/collection in accordance with stipulated policies/guidelines and established service standards.  
  • Liaise with external party on payment eligibility  
  • Process payment and collection   
  • Handle exception scenario  
  • Perform quality check on system computation  
  • Perform monthly fund reconciliation  
  • Discuss and escalate complex cases for review and decision.  
  • Handle customer requests within established service standards to deliver a positive customer experience.  
  • Procurement of office supplies

Period:

  • 2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)

Location:

  • Depot Road

Working hours:

  • Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5:30pm

Salary:

  • Up to $2800 + PB

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma Holders   
  • At least 1 year of working experience.  
  • Relevant experience in payroll processing and/or customer service is an advantage. 
  • Meticulous  
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Result oriented
