Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

• Responsible to achieve monthly sales target given
• Providing excellence customer service, promoting and recommending suitable products to the customers
• Responsible for day to day operation, cashiering and proper settlement daily
• (Able to operate Point Of Sales (POS) system will be an advantage)
• Must have a excellence product knowledge and upgrading constantly (training provided)
• Responsible to follow up with customer’s needs, request and reservation
• Reporting overall sales to management
• Maintaining stock inventory monthly
• Liaise with warehouse and headquarter for ordering and replenishment of stocks
• Attending supervisor and management discussion on monthly closing sales report

Working Hours

• 6 working days (1 off day on weekday)
• 11am to 10pm

• From $1,800 onwards
• Monthly commission if meet sales target
• Annual Leave - 7 days given after working for 1 year to maximum of 14 days.

Requirements:

• Required to work in different retail outlets when needed
• Self-motivated, hard-working and fluent in English speaking
• Able to speak and understand mandarin will be an advantage due to mandarin speaking customers
• Prepare to work on Sunday and Public Holiday
• 1-2 years working experience in boutique or fashion
