Retail Assistant

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and provide product knowledge and recommendations
- Maintain a well-organized and clean store environment
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with the sales team to reach sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and relevant information
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of photographic lighting, videography, and amateur photography to assist customers with related products
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager

Working Hours:

• 10am – 7pm, Monday to Saturday with 1 off day and 1 rest day per week 

Starting Salary:

• $2200-$2600

Candidate Requirement:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, and sales processes
- Secondary education or high school diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of IT and hardware products
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology and store operating systems
- Passion and interest in photography and videography is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
