Accounts and Admin Executive

Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for financial closing and analysis for the business region and assist with management reporting functions. This position will be reporting to the Finance Manager. He/she will be providing support in payroll and general administration matters and dotted line reports to HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Perform periodic financial analysis of key financial performance indicators, including orders, sales, and margins.
• Review, prepare, and submit key monthly, or otherwise, financial analysis reports/dashboards to APAC and HQ
• Assist with the review and implementation of financial processes and business improvements relating to the APAC financial function.
• Checking business expenses and staff claims and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Responsible for checking and processing all payments for APAC.
• Responsible for review and submission of GST Returns. 
• Assist with external Audits when required.
• Manage/Support ad-hoc Finance/Accounting related projects/ initiatives, as and when required.
• Assist with payroll processing (AU, VN, and TH), and any administration matters as tasked by APAC HR Manager.

Salary:

• Up to $4000

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma, Degree in Accountancy, or professional accounting certification.
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.,
• Familiar with the usage of Accounting systems. (e.g., SAP)
• Experience in handling Administration & HR matters will be viewed favorably
