Executive (Salary Services)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle HR practitioners’ and/or customers’ enquiries, requests, appeals, feedback promptly in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience.
• Collect and collate data and information on customer needs and satisfaction to facilitate formulation of effective customer service strategies.
• Recommend improvements and solutions to problems/issues raised for improvements 
• Prepare & Submit CPF refund submissions and track outstanding CPF payment issues

Period:

• 2 yrs contract (renewable)

Location:

• Depot Road

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5:30pm

Salary:

• Up to $2700 + PB

Requirements:

• Min Diploma /GCE A level
• Preference for 1 to 2 years working experience, however entry- based diploma or GCE A level graduate are welcomed to apply
• Working knowledge on SAP will be an advantage
