Description:

  • To cover Business Support when person-in-charge is away or covering reception duties in the following areas:
    • Printing of Letter of Offer and other facility documents which requires sign-off
    • Preparing Dispatch form for document send via courier services/overseas mail
    • Coordinate on documents dispatch to Account Services via messenger (SA documents)
    • Handling documents receive from customer/lawyer for RM
    • Daily save of credit monitoring files into a shared folder
    • Scanning or photocopy requests
  • Financial spreading
  • Filing of documents for credit files / lawyer documents / customer letters
  • Other tasks to be assigned by hiring manager

 

Duration:                           

  • 6 months

 

Location:

  • Rafflesplace

 

Working hours:                

  • Mon – Fri, 9am to 6pm

 

Salary:                                    

  •  $10/hr

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma / equivalent with relevant work experience
