Assistant Executive (Accounts Payable)
Mon to Fri, 8.30am-6pm
Up to $3,300 + PB

Job Responsibilities:
- Process AP, AR transactions in the accounting system promptly and accurately
- Monitor outstanding AR and manage debt recovery process
- Prepare bank reconciliation statement, financial and management reports for review by the Supervisor/ Officer in Charge
- Verify expenditure bills, financial records and reports for compliance to current procedures, guidelines and accounting practice
- Conduct briefing / training to finance appointment holders on policies, procedures and systems
- Safekeeping financial documents & safeguard financial information of the customers
- Handle customer's queries on the financial transactions & postings
Period:
- 2 years contract
Working Hours:
- Monday – Fridays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Salary:
- $3,300 + PB
Location:
- Near Lavender MRT
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy / Finance with at least 1 year relevant working experience
- IT savvy and good working knowledge of MS Office and other common software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication
- High customer service orientation
- Highly Disciplined, detailed and meticulous
- Initiative and proactive
- Analytical with good problem solving skills
- Singaporeans Only
Special Knowledge or Skills:
1. Good understanding of FRS and SB FRS.
2. Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. IT savvy.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Good customer service skills.
6. A good team player.
7. Good presentation skills.
8. Able to multi-task.
9. Able to meet tight deadlines.
