Customer Service Retention Officer


- Up to $3500 + PB
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri; 9am – 6.30pm
- Location: Novena
- 1-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a strong ‘service culture’ mindset individual who enjoys interacting with customers and communicates well in verbal or written.
  • The individual will be calling outbound to service existing customers who have requested to cancel their Insurance policies for various reasons.

Period:

  • 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3500 + PB + Incentive Pay

 

Location:   

  • Novena

 

Working hours:

  • Mon – Fri; 9am – 6.30pm

 

Requirements:

  • Ensure that all service requests from customers are fulfilled to meet customer satisfaction and resolved within agreed timeline.
  • Ability to address customer’s needs and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain a high professional standard of behaviour & phone etiquette while engaging complaint customers for a good closure.
  • Some basic numerical skills are necessary to calculate waivers amount.
  • Competent in MS excel and updating simple reports to management.
  • Able to work in a fast and multi-tasking environment.
  • CMFAS qualification in M5 and M9 preferably
