Senior Executive / Manager, Finance

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, budgets and forecasts, which includes the analysis of results variances
• Prepare consolidated account and statutory audit reports, with full compliance to the Group and Singapore regulatory financial reporting requirements and accounting standards
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts submission to Group consolidation
• Manage the budgeting and financial planning process for the group, including detailed review and analysis on the submission
• Perform analysis on various consolidated financial drivers for management reporting purposes
• Manage statutory filings including financial statements and tax
• You are expected to deliver within tight deadlines. Other duties include involvement in year-end audit, preparation of reports and ad-hoc projects.
• Any other duties as assigned

Period:

• 6 to 8 months contract 

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

Salary: 

• up to $5500 

Location: 

• Tanjong Pagar

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting
• Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I)
• Excellent team worker with strong communication, people-management and organisation skills
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, TM1 and SAP will be viewed favourably
