Sustainability Advocate / Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Programmes & Partnerships

• Create and monitor a wide variety of email marketing campaigns according to industry policies and best practices
• Ensure prompt and accurate email communication

Support the Sustainability Brand Ambassador

• Usher residents who have signed their lease agreement at HDB counters to company counters.
• Update the appointments log book on a daily basis.
• Liaise with HDB staff to obtain the total number of appointments for the next working day.
• Standby for any additional appointments.

Business Operations

• Assist with smooth delivery of messaging, sales, customer service and business reporting
• Assist to maximise customer digital engagement through daily operations and efficiency improvements

• Assist with development and execution of B2C events, content creation to engage residents
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Period:

• 1 year contract

Working Hours:

• Monday - Sunday, 8am – 5pm
• Capped @ 88 hours

Salary: 

• up to $3800

Location: 

• Kallang

Requirements:

• Outstanding communication and people skills 
• Passionate about Sustainability and Interest in energy efficiency and sustainability
• Strong attention to details – co-ordination and ability to organize specific operational tasks
• Strong Team player - able to work effectively with others in a face-paced team-oriented environment
• Willing to work on weekends where required
• Excellent written, copywriting and spoken command of the English language is essential
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology
• Work experience as an email marketer or digital marketing specialist
