Assistant Engineer (IP and Transmission System)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, upgrade and configure Optics and IP transmission system
• Manage and coordinate between customers and OEM for fault resolutions
• Perform incident management & escalation of incident to OEM, when necessary
• Perform fault and problem analysis and implement solutions
• Perform system backup and recovery
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and ad-hoc report generation

Period:

• 2 years contract (Renewable Depending on Performance and Headcount Needs)

Salary:

• Up to $3800 + Completion Bonus

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 9am – 6.30pm

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Optics and IP transmission system
• Preferably working in telco industry
• Technical knowledge in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Optics and IP system
• Class 3 Driving License, preferred
