Senior Engineer/Assistant Principal Engineer (Communication System)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for in-building radio system design for TETRA trunked radio, 4G/5G communication systems and other mission critical communications system using IBWAVE software
• To conduct site surveys and lead design reviews with customers
• To assist Project Manager to provide regular updates for smooth project implementation through well-established project planning, costing and procurement practices, until system commissioning
• To lead User Acceptance Testing, Coverage Acceptance Testing with participation from customer and various project stakeholders
• To prepare project documentation – design plan, test plans, as-built documentation

Period:

• 2 years contract
• Renewable or Convertible to Permanent depending on Performance

Salary:

• Up to $5000 + Completion Bonus

Location:

• Jurong East – Walking Distance from MRT

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 9am – 6.30pm

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical and/or Info-Communication Engineering
• Project experience in site survey, site acquisition, planning, and TETRA/4G/5G radio coverage design
• Familiar with implementation of the mission critical radio communication / tunnel comms system projects
• Independent and self-motivated with good initiative and communication skills
• Familiar with IBWAVE planning software
