Job Responsibilities:
- Gather market information and perform analysis selected products and solutions
- Identify new partner prospects and securing partner relationships
- Continuously comb the market with partners to identify new prospective end-users to target
- Work with partners and marketing to take targeted prospects through their awareness to build leads
- Creation of opportunities with identified end-user prospects via partner sell-with engagements
- Cover specific identified (by corporate) international key customer accounts to develop business opportunities
- Move each opportunities through sales cycle towards specific sales milestone objectives via pipeline reviews with partners with view of closure
- (working closely with Country-Managers and local country sales) to understand the customer’s requirements
- (work closely with IB pre-sales and Product Specialists Team ) propose suitable products/solutions
- Lead Product Specialists Team in preparation of technical and price proposal to the opportunities
- Front customers engagement (where required) together with partners and local sales teams and product specialists
- Track status of opportunities and updating status in system
- Achieve Order and Revenue targets for selected products and solutions

Job Requirements:
- Proven sales and/or business development track record in International Defence and Public Security domain
- Prior experience in sales channels, partnerships creation and relationship management
- Prior experience in new account creation and account management
- Prior experience in International business sales/orders forecasts and strategic planning
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment, independent, self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in team environment and individually
- Exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentation ability
- Familiarity with the defence industry (local and/or international) is an advantage
- Ability to travel overseas if required
