IQPC / Associate Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming material inspection on parts accordingly to specification / requirement
  • First Article
  • Production batch source for suppliers, expand vendor base and qualify them
• Plan and schedule IQC inspection according to SAP outstanding list and/or Project Request
• Manage vendor RMA for local and overseas vendor
• Manage vendor quality performance through meeting and annual audits (where applicable) at vendor site
• Coordinate and lead MRB meetings
• Support IQC Supervisor on New Vendor Qualification audit
• Process Improvement (where applicable)
• Coordinate QC equipment maintenance and perform internal and external calibration
• Prepare IQC monthly reports
• Plan and perform ESS testing and Acceptance Testing according to Test Procedures
• Follow up and verify corrective actions for failures during ESS/ATP
• Manage customer field return (RMA) and warranty support

Period:

• 1 Year Contract

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio

Salary:

• $1800 - $2100, commensurate with experience

Working Hours:

• 5 days workweek
• Shift schedules will be assigned as and when needed

Requirements:​

• ITE / Diploma in Engrg (Electronic / Mechanical)
• Usage of mechanical inspection tool
• QC inspection experience
• ISO standard knowledge (basic)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access Database and Presentation Skills
