Director (Grants & Claims Management Services)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To lead and grow grants and claims processing services - strategise, plan and manage human, financial and other resources to deliver quality services to clients on a continuous basis.
  2. To strategise, plan and direct the launch of new initiatives and best practices to enhance the performance, customer experience and meet the changing needs of clients on a continuous basis. 
  3. To drive the growth of the business unit and be accountable for the P&L outcome 
  4. To analyze and appraise operating results, in terms of revenue, costs, budgets (operational, capital and cash flow, including forecast) and operating models, to increase profit possibilities and business development.
  5. To supervise, develop and motivate staff to understand and anticipate changing needs of client, and initiate work improvements, measures and projects to meet the clients’ service standards and requirements. 
  6. To review and identify training needs, and implement measures to improve the competency of staff and create new capabilities for new business development.
  7. To direct the review, test and enhancement of management systems, processes and internal controls to ensure compliance of all policies and procedures, reliability of data & information and operational efficiency & effectiveness.
  8. To engage clients (and prospective clients) on service performance management, issue resolution, new business opportunities and initiatives.

Salary:

  • Up to $12000 + VB

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business / Management / Finance / Accountancy or equivalent

Experience

  • At least 5 years in managerial level.
  • Experience in claims operations and/or shared service operations would be an advantage

  • Good exposure on emerging technologies in claims operations to innovate
