Job Responsibilities:

  • Checking of sales in system and daily/ weekly/ monthly sales update
  • Update of daily locations' sales and promoters' sales
  • Preparation and generation of weekly reports
  • Arrange of logistics deployment for roadshow events
  • Processing roadshow rental payment
  • Liaise with vendors and confirmation of monthly sites booking
  • Handling of refund for customers and prepare the related paperwork
  • Liaise with vendors on printing roadshow materials
  • Assist roadshow manger to prepare all the training materials.
  • Ad hoc reports and job assigned by roadshow manager

 

Salary:
  • up to $3100

 

Period:
  • Permanent

 

Working Hours:
  • Mon to Fri – 8.30am to 6pm

 

Location:
  • Cityhall

 

Requirements:
  • Min O level 
  • Meticulous and able to multitask
  • Result oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent in data collation and data analysis
  • Resourceful and dare to make changes
