Admin (INTERNATIONAL STUDENT OFFICE/STUDENT MARKETING AND RECRUITMENT)

Description:Specific (70%)

  1. Assist in following up on enquiries in International Student Office general emails
  2. Serve as liaison person between internal and external stakeholders pertaining to the on-boarding of international students
  3. Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  4. Generate and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

 

General (30%)

  1. To perform other functions or projects as necessary or assigned
  2. Manage the inventory for the department (premiums etc)

 

Period:

  • immediate till 31 March 2023

 

Location:

  • Clementi

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm / Wed till 6pm

 

Salary:

  •  $12/hr

 

Requirements:

Academic Education/ Training/ Experience

  1. Good verbal and written communication skills
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  3. Past experiences using computer systems

 

Personal Attributes

  1. Excellent planning, organising and implementation skills
  2. Mature, meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
  3. Resourceful team player who is able to work independently, multi-task and proactive
  4. Bilingual in English, written and verbal communication skills
  5. Cheerful and pleasant personality and good customer service track record
