Customer Service Officer

• Mon to Fri: 8.45am – 5.15pm
• Up to $2,700
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming phone call & emails
• Handle customer complaints
• Ensure professional service at all times
• Other ad-hoc duties
Period:
• 1 year Contract (renewable subject to performance)
Location:
• Alexandra Road
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8.45am – 5.15pm
Salary:
• $2200 – $2700 (depends on qualification and experience)
Requirements:
• N level and above
• Min 2 years of experience in customer service / call centre experience
