Temporary Executive / Senior Executive, Finance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review subsidiaries accounts and prepare monthly recurring consolidation entries for a sub-group
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and variance analysis to Trustee
  • Preparation of General Ledger-Bank Reconciliation Reports
  • Assist with distribution, back-end refund and assist with Boardroom’s queries
  • Assist in Yardi/Cognos internal system maintenance
  • Assist in verification of payment instructions and supporting documents to Trustee
  • Assist in preparation of year-end audit matters and annual report
  • Prepare the statistics and regulatory surveys
  • Work closely with all departments and overseas counterparts, and with external parties including
  • trustee, Boardroom, auditors and tax agent
  • Support any other ad-hoc accounting tasks or projects as assigned

  • Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

  • Up to $4500

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related
  • Accounting knowledge with exposure to consolidation experience
  • Knowledge of Yardi/Cognos is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Keen learner with positive attitude
  • Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules
  • Good team player, strategic thinking with strong interpersonal skills under a fast-paced business environment
