Customer Fulfilment Processing Officer

Responsibilities

  • To handle daily processing/data input of customer requests on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Process customer applications for all verified requests
  • Check and ensure all inputs are accurate via online system check /online system approval.
  • Escalate exception cases to Team Lead promptly.
  • Attend to enquiries on processing status of customer requests /any issues pertaining to the request handling.
  • Observe and comply with documented policies /procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g. Banking Secrecy, Anti-Money Laundering etc).
  • Ensure that the team complete the processing within agreed SLA
  • Achieve zero human error and operating losses
  • Achieve zero customer complaints / feedback
  • Fully conversant with process/ SLAs/ regulatory requirements
  • Contribute and provide feedback to Line Supervisor/Team Lead on process-related issues and improvement ideas.
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments given by the Line Supervisor/Team Lead/Head of Department.

 

Duration:

  • 12 months, subject to renewal 

 

Salary:

  • up to $2800

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm

 

Location:

  • Tampines Central

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum O level with admin or banking experience
