Responsibilities:

  • Assist corporate customers in their enquiries related to banking services over phone and email
  • Handle pre-processing of transaction fulfilment for corporate customers
  • Keep an updated record on outstanding cases pending customers to follow up on letter instructions
  • Perform daily administrative duties

 

Period:

  • 3 months or 6 months

 

Location:

  • Rafflesplace

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm

 

Salary:

  • $12/hr

 

Requirements:

  • Min O level or Diploma with banking/customer service experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
