HR Executive

- 5 days (Mon-Fri), 8.30am to 5.30pm
- $2,500-$3,000

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll (overtime calculation, etc)
  • Part timer payroll
  • CPF contribution
  • Leaves records (AL, MC, CCL)
  • Government grant
  • Income tax (E-submission of Employment Income tax to Iras)
  • Secretary Matters
  • Insurance policies and claims
  • Liaise with contractors on office renovations, repairs and maintenance
  • Recruitment
  • Tenancy contracts (Officer rental and employees’ accommodation)
  • Hotels booking
  • Apply employment pass for foreign staff
  • Liaise with bankers (application for credit cards terminal, change of signatories, opening of new bank accounts, etc)
  • Conduct yearly performance appraisal
  • Assist with IT aspect of the company (Assisted by Toppan Management, company external IT vendor, if IT related issues cannot be solved)
  • Check letters of demand for collection and recovery of bad debts.
  • Draft and review company work flows, policies and procedures.

  • Peninsula Plaza (Opposite City Hall MRT)

Salary:

  • $2,500 – $3,000 

Working Hours

  • Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days work week)

Requirements:

  • Min 1 year experience 
  • Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent 
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
