Responsibilities
1. Stewardship & Donor relations
• Responsible for good stewardship of donors and prospects to strengthen long-term relationships with donors.
• Work with the various departments and provide support in generating regular donors' reports on gift utilisation.
• Assist in preparation of other regular or special reports for donors, including the Annual Giving Report.
• Work with the Development team to profile donors through various communication channels and modes.
• Assist in streamlining the gift administration, and manage quality control on data inputs.
• Ensure acknowledgement and recognition procedures are followed.
2.Events Management
• Responsible for start-to-end donor and prospect engagement events.
• Support donor-related events such as campus visits, presentations, ceremonies, Convocation, and media and public announcements.
3. Administration of the Donor Management System (Raiser's Edge)
• Enter donation information, ensure accuracy of the information on the System.
4. Gift Processing & Gift Administration
• Check and process online donations, cheques, transaction & document verification, receipting, thank you letters, work with the Finance Department to manage the transference and recording of donations received via credit card, bank transfer, etc.
• Proper filing of all gift records, pledge fulfilment, stewardship reports.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of the donor stewardship plan.
• Assist in reporting to internal audit regulator.
5. Donor Wall
• Liaison with design and maintenance vendor.
• Regular update of the featured donors.
6. Research Support
- There will be other ad hoc duties assigned by the reporting Supervisor.

- Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary:
- $10/hr
Requirements
- Possess qualification of Degree with preferably at least 3 years' of relevant working experience in finance administration and fundraising related roles
- Usage and familiarity with CRM software
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
