Responsibilities

  • To deliver an excellent service experience to our customers
  •  To process all daily branch and cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  •  To assist customers in their enquiries and handling of feedback
  •  To introduce self-service and automated banking channel services to customers
  •  To perform all banking activities in accordance with regulatory requirement

 

Duration:

  • Permanent

 

Location:

  • islandwide

 

Working Hours:

  • Sunday Banking – Mon to Sun 11 am to 7pm, 1 weekday and 1 weekend (2 days off)
  • Deferred Banking – Mon to Fri 11am to 7pm, Sat 11am  to 1.30pm (Sun and PH closed)
  • Normal Banking – Mon to Fri 9am to 4.30pm, Sat 9 am to 11.30am

 

Salary:

  • up to $4000

 

Requirements

  • Minimum O level or Diploma with years of relevant experience preferably with bank teller/customer services experience
  • Experienced individuals from othe service industries with a passion for service and banking may also apply
