Job Descriptions:
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Data validation of information
- Data entry of information
- Processing of documentation and sorting out documents to make sure they are in order
- Photocopying and scanning of documents
- Other adhoc duties assigned
Period:
- Immediate till 31 Dec 2022
Location:
- Tampines
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.30pm
Salary
- up to $2800
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma /Degree with admin/banking experience
- Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management
- Innovative mindset and constantly on the lookout to improve efficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
