Contract Staff, Payment Ops-Remittance (O&T)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Domain knowledge of Securities Processing (particularly in area of Payment and Receipt)
  • Process day-to-day payment & receipt transactions and ensure smooth delivery in compliance to established procedures
  • Update management statistics for management reporting on daily basis
  • Ensure team Service Level Agreements are met and all requests are completed accurately and timely
  • Ensure a continued and effective on-going daily process when covering the duties of co-partner
  • Attend to internal customers' queries
  • Ensure compliance to Department and Bank’s operational risk and regulatory requirements.
  • Support testing for projects and the preparation of user requirement for new systems including enhancement on the existing systems
  • Ensure timely update of documentations e.g. Standard Operating Procedures
  • Other operational duties as maybe assigned from time to time

Salary:
  • Up to $2200
 
Period:
  • 1 years contract 
 
Working Hours:
  • Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm

  • Raffles Place
 
Requirements:​
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree with banking experience
  • Good knowledge and understanding in Securities Processing
  • Relevant experience in Payment and Receipt preferred
