Parts Administration Executive (KSAS)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving & processing of spare parts order from Linde / STILL / Baoli dealer network.
  • Work closely with customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
  • Perform order processing duties – verifying all invoice related to part processing & ensure recording the movement of all spare part to achieve a smooth & error free to Navision system
  • Swift response to customers enquiry, & shipment enquiries
  • Up to date documentation filing.
  • Compilation & distribution to Dealer of yearly part price list & any interim price adjustment from factories.

  • Permanent

Working Hours: 

  • Mon - Fri, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (1 hour lunch break)

Salary:

  • Up to $3,000

Location:

  • Loyang

Requirements:

  • at least GCE ‚O‘ Level
  • 3-5 years working experience
  • Must have knowledge and familiar with shipping term, shipping documentation, L/C preparation and negotiation, application of Certificate Of Origin and Marine Insurance
  • Good communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Meticulous
  • Systematic & organized individual
  • Knowledge on Letter of Credit, Certificate Of Origin
  • Able to communicate in mandarin would be preferred
  • Microsoft office Skills
