Product and Marketing Support Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive overall business objectives. This includes working with internal and external stakeholders on campaign mechanics, with creative and media agencies on artwork and media plan, with Group Marketing on overall management of marketing calendar of activities and with the Analytics team on leads extraction.
  • Manage monthly BAU customer communications by curating relevant deals to drive usage and engagement.
  • Handle end-to-end fulfillment of marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report the team’s key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Handle and resolve customer issues &/or enquiries from customer touchpoints, such as Contact Centre and Branches.
  • Process invoices promptly and ensures that marketing expenditures are well within budget.
  • Track overall A&P budget.
  • Handle all administrative support and other related duties, such as filing, minutes taking, organizing meetings, etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3,000 (depending on experience)

 

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Take initiative in learning and demonstrate positive attitude
  • Good team player with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure effectively
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational, time and project management skills
  • Good command of language (oral and written)
  • Meticulous, ability to multi-task and self-motivated
  • Attention to details and resourceful
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Preferably 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Previous Banking or payments experience
  • Marketing experience – familiar working with marketing agencies on generation of marketing assets (Banners/ eDM/ social post)
  • Partnership/Business Development – familiar with partner engagements. Have worked with partners on running promotions/campaigns to drive payment usage.
