Accounts Executive

- Peninsula Plaza (Opposite City Hall MRT)
- 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days work week)

Responsibilities:

  • Account payable (Bill and payment)
  • Interco billing - Recovery of expenses
  • Monthly bank recon
  • Cover sheet for monthly closing reconciliation
  • Prepare journal entries
  • GST submission (quarterly)
  • Audit
  • Inventory schedule
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate by Assistant Accounts Manager

Salary:

  • $2800  

Working Hours

  • Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days work week)

Requirements:

  • Experience with processing of Internet banking transactions 
  • Knowledge and experience in QuickBooks
  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Min 1 year experience
