Admin Executive, Events, Venues & Experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle & reply to day-to-day venue and wedding enquiries
  • Follow-up on past enquiries
  • Update event calendar for confirm bookings
  • Coordinate and/ or handle site visit
  • Prepare quotations booking forms and feedback
  • Assist in preparation of events and setup
  • Upload of Documentation on TMS Admin Portal
  • Process invoices, payment and refund of deposit
  • Manage day to day operation, bookings, and inventory
  • Coordinate with internal teams on corporate venues and events
  • Handle other adhoc administrative duties
  • Filing and ensure proper documentation

Working Hours: 

  • Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm

  • Minimum Diploma with relevant experience

  • Possess at least 3- 5 years’ admin experience, preferably in a similar function.

  • Organised and meticulous, with the ability to multi-task.

  • Good attitude and a team player.

  • Good communication and writing skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Able to work on weekends

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
