Job Descriptions:

  • Work with the Email Content Monitoring (ECM) team to support the ECM operations (including the assessment, escalation, tracking and reporting of email data loss incidents), as well as the ongoing project activities and new initiatives.
  • Assess Email Content Monitoring (ECM) Alerts as per defined SLA

  • Escalate and report potential data loss incidents

  • Prepare and generate daily SLA report

  • Prepare and review system reports/DLIA submissions

  • Conduct unit Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)

  • Perform trend analysis and identify root cause for potential data loss incidents

  • Assist in enhancing ECM training documentation

  • Collate and Submit Dashboard Metrics Data

  • Assist in UAT as and when needed

  • Assist in ad hoc project activities or new initiatives

  • Identify measures to address Data Loss Prevention Risk through emails

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 9 am to 6.30 pm

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma with working experience in Banking Information Security or Risk Management is preferable

  • Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills

  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge

  • Knowledge of risk management practices will be an added advantage
