HR Executive

Responsibilities:

• End to end on-boarding and off-boarding support, including offer letter preparation, work pass process, reference checks, performing screening checks etc.
• Liaising with payroll colleagues’ on change of join date, early exits etc.
• New Joiners’ first day briefing
• Processing MOM’s monthly invoice (S-Pass levy, work pass related costs)
• Administrative support, e.g. letters request, answering HR queries from staff
• Assist in reporting when required
• Other day to day administrative duties as assigned

Period:

• 7 Months Contract 

Working Hours:

•  Mon – Fri 8:30am to 6:00pm

Location:

• Pasir Panjang 

Salary:

• $3,800 to $4,000

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A good team player who is able to prioritize and multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Diligent and attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good knowledge on the work pass frame work preferred
