QC Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of inspectors to ensure parts and documentation meets requirement.
• Manage the QA/QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems delivered meets the customer quality requirements.
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Liaise with vendor about items defects and discuss on the preventive action.
• Communicate with Service Engineer/Manager from other departments to identify root cause and provide suggestion for improvement.
• Work closely with internal colleagues, vendors and customers on qualification of First Article.
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures

Duration:

• Permanent 

Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri (8.30 am – 6 pm)

Salary:

• Up to $5,000

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in the quality field
• Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA (ISO 9001, 7 QC tools and etc)
