Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales department in fulfilling the set sales quotas.
• Mentor Salespeople
• Create sales forecasts, analyze performance data, using CRM
• Design and implement a scalable sales strategy.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new salespeople.

Commitment Period:

• Permanent

Working Hours: 

• Mon - Fri, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (1 hour lunch break)

Salary:

• Up to $6,000

Location:

• Loyang

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or computer science
• Working experience of 5 to 8 years in industrial and technical sales
• Persuasive Communication
• Interpersonal Skills
• Result Orientation
• Ability to Coach, Mentor, and Motivate Salespeople
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking
• Excellent read/write/listen/speak skills.
• Experience in managing Sales Team
• Microsoft office
