Job Descriptions:

  • Update Finance Policies and Procedures to keep abreast with the regulatory, legal changes and practical challenges
  • Support operation finance team with accounting issues
  • Work closely with all finance teams to understand their daily operations to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies via automation, deployment of new systems features
  • Gather finance requirements and work with other stakeholders on the implementation of Finance systems
  • Support finance application, integration, development, testing, migration, and upgrade of Finance systems
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to adhere to project timelines and milestones for initiatives involving Finance systems
  • Provide troubleshooting support to the Finance systems pertaining to users’ issues
  • Manage system administration requirement such as maintaining chart of accounts, creating legal entities, approver workflow and other related tasks
  • Facilitate support by escalating and following-up critical issues with service provider / Oracle Project team
  • Proactively driving operational efficiencies and introduce scalability initiatives by looking out for optimization opportunities in integration points
  • Identify ways of streamlining processes for efficiency
  • Any other duties as assigned

Salary

  • up to $7000

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy and/or professional qualifications (ACCA or “CPA Singapore”) in
    Accounting
  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Good understanding of finance related business functions, such as Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Experience in implementing Oracle system preferred
  • Preferably with real estate or hospitality background
  • Knowledge of SAP/Property Management system /Oracle/Cognos Consolidation System will be an advantage
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are pre-requisites
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate high level of integrity, resourcefulness, strong leadership qualities, technical, interpersonal and communication skills
