Job Responsibilities:

  • To plan, coordinate and monitor logistics, resources, and the programme budget (direct costs) for the fulfilment of the programme or project objectives (profitability, customer satisfaction and process quality)
  • To identify service gaps and opportunities for improvement by reviewing programme management work processes and practices considering the needs and requirements of the [segment]
  • To develop and implement an effective and efficient operational resource allocation and comprehensive delivery model for the delivery of Professional Development, Enterprise Bespoke and/or Corporate University programmes and solutions
  • To advise and collaborate effectively and constructively with the Design and Build Division, Professional Development and Enterprise Learning divisions on all operational and logistics needs for the successful implementation of the programme, project and/or solution.    
  • To manage, communicate with customers (learners and/or clients) where needed, for the resolution of operational and service matters with the aim of optimising learning experience.
  • To lead, guide and develop the team of programme executives to deliver on the organisation’s strategy and their personal career aims. 
  • To make decisions on resource allocation (manpower, equipment etc).
  • To make decisions on process improvements
  • To make decisions on the service recovery and feedback
  • To make decisions on Programme Executives’ job assignments and KPIs and career development and progression 
  • To advise and provide recommendations on resource allocation and costs of delivery to our ELBD, PD colleagues to help them in their pricing and client proposals
  • To provide operational delivery service to ELBD, PD clients and learners
  • To receive assistance and guidance from Infrastructure and IT divisions on the planning of resources, implementation of systems and automation for process improvements
  • To coordinate and collate data for the preparation of financial and operational reports for Finance, HR
  • To receive assistance from HR for personnel matters and Finance on invoicing and billing matters

 

Period:

  • 1 year contract, renewable

  • Namly Ave

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Except Wed: 8.30am to 6pm

 

Salary:

  • up to $6000
