Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities, with the ability to perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on new / existing facilities equipment, include scheduled pest control inspection
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities
- Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance activities and projects
- Gather and analyze operational data and maintenance reports, and determine effective methods for cost reduction on energy, air and water consumption
- Evaluate operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies, and optimize resource allocation
- Maintain proper filing system for maintenance documentation which serves as a complete historical log
- Design and oversee the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls
- Determine facility and equipment specifications, and standardize plant equipment to enable inter-plant usage to minimize operating and maintenance cost
- Analyze project costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses
- Prepare reports and compliance documentation regarding the Safety Committee, ISO and EHS programs
- Ensure compliance with legal and corporate systems, statutory bodies regulations, building codes, and WSH standards
- Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Sound knowledge in facilities operations and maintenance, and all laws governing building management
- Independent, good initiative and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
