Temp Assistant/Senior Assistant, Audit Admin

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in data entry works for the Audit system and perform data review for any deficiencies
  • Assist in system database setup (e.g UAT) and system database records maintenance
  • Generate analytics reports and follow-up with respective team members for required information (such as missing documents or data)
  • Assist in any other tasks/projects as assigned

 

Period

  • 6 months

 

Location

  • Tanjong Pagar

 

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
  • Able to commit on Part-time work arrangement – 2.5 days to 3 days per week for at least 6 months

 

Salary

  • up to $3500 (depending on the years of experience)

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business/Accountancy/Information Systems or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in similar data entry works and/or IT projects will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous and with good interpersonal skills to work with all levels of staff
