Senior/ Specialist, Alumni Engagement

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Programme and Service Delivery: Execute timely, efficient and coordinated online/offline programmes to cultivate and engage alumni/students to build stickiness, increase affinity, improve retention.
  2. Operations Coordination with Internal/External Stakeholders: Work closely with internal/external stakeholders in providing support and assistance to alumni seeking career/academic related activities timely and smoothly.
  3. Alumni Database administration: Administer and manage the alumni database such that it is continuously updated and relevant to business needs.
  4. Alumni Portal/Website/Email/Social media administration: Maintain various digital platform functionalities, ensure currency, accuracy and relevance of uploaded contents, as well as grow the annual usership. 
  5. Process Innovation: Review alumni initiatives, processes and suggest improvement plans that will enhance alumni customer experience.
  6. Marketing and Recruitment: Assist to cultivate alumni to support learner marketing and recruitment efforts.

Period:

  • 3 months contract, convertible to permanent

 

Location:

  • Namly/Clementi

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Except Wed: 8.30am to 6pm

 

Salary:

  • up to $3000

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma with at least 2-3 years relevant work experience.
  • Relevant experience in client engagement, relationship management, membership development, events management, branding and marketing communications
  • Ability to relate to all levels and cultivate strong internal/external partnership networks
  • Savvy and proficient with technology, social media and database tools. Experienced in CRM systems, digital marketing, data analytics.
  • Effectively bilingual in both spoken and written. Proficiency in third language will be advantageous. 
  • Excellent P.R, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Team player with mature personality, positive attitude, resourceful, self-driven yet independent
  • Meticulous, able to multi-task, work under pressure and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Eye for details with keen interest in writing, experienced in content development for online/offline platforms and collaterals.
