Senior Finance Executive / Manager, Finance

Description:

• Business partnering with Finance Shared Service, Operations teams and joint venture partners to provide advice on financial reporting and planning activities
• Review monthly closing of accounts, prepare financial reports, analysis for management’s decision making and ensure compliance with group’s accounting policies
• Review and monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projection for loan drawdown or repayment decisions, monitoring of loan covenants
• Review GST reporting and income tax computations
• Perform year end closing, reporting and preparation of financial statements, liaise with auditors and tax agents and ensure compliance with Singapore financial reporting standards.

Period:

• 6 to 9 months contract

Location: 

• Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $6800

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
• At least 6 - 8 years of relevant working experience in a computerized accounting environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with Yardi/SAP accounting software and Cognos Controller (consolidation) is an added advantage
• Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I) and local tax rules
• Knowledge of GST principles and reporting requirements
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
