Executive, Finance (CICT)

Responsibilities:

  • Review monthly audit schedules
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, reporting and variance analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and filing of various returns
  • Assist in the standardization and improvement of processes and procedures
  • Provide financial reporting and analytical support, and to identify potential issues that impact the financials
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company’s assets and interests
  • Act as business partner and actively work with Business Units and Finance Shared Services
  • Assist Finance Manager in any other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Period:

  • Permanent / 1 year contract

 

Location:

  • Tanjong Pagar

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

 

Salary:

  • up to $4,500

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Possess integrity and accounting professionalism
  • Keen learner with positive attitude
  • Resourceful with a keen analytical mind
  • Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules
  • Good team player and is able to work with people of all levels
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
