Student Administration Assistant/Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Admissions

  • Assess admission applications and issue offer letters
  • Data entry and update of student record
  • Liaise with the Colleges in Australia regarding credit assessments
  • Work closely with partners on admission matters

 

Enrolment

  • Program/course advice to partners
  • Provide advice on student academic progression
  • Process all enrolment related student applications

 

Examination

  • Prepare/print quiz and exam papers
  • Liaise with Colleges and Partners on quiz/exam matters
  • Provide advice on appeals

 

Others

  • Attend to student/general enquiries (email, in person, over the phone)
  • Assist during orientation
  • Undertake any other relevant and appropriate duties

Salary:

  • Up to $2,600 

Working Hours: 

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Period: 

  • 3 months contract

Location: 

  • Bras Basah

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma with at least 3 years relevant experience

  • Good MS Office and communication skill in both written and spoken

  • Prior experience in education sector with relevant experience preferred

 

In lieu of physical interviews, we will be conducting virtual interview, i.e. Skype/WhatsApp/Facetime/Zoom
