Temp Administrative Assistant, Operations @ Town Area

Responsibilities

  • Carpark report.
  • Invoice processing and SAP processing of billings
  • Assist on billings of aircon extensions and extra billings for sprinkler/water/temporary electrical supply
  • Banking and errand duties
  • Asset count, tagging and writing off
  • Attending to walk-in queries and feedback by Vendor, shoppers and tenants

 

Period:

  • 6 months (renewable and convertible depending on performance)

 

Location:

  • Town Area

 

Salary:

  • Up to $2,700

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri,  8.30am to 6pm

 

Requirements 

  • Minimum O level/Nitec and Diploma with relevant experience
