Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective day-to-day business partnering of the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Performance Management, Learning and Talent Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, HR Service Delivery and Payroll.
- Implement and review human capital policies and procedures in line with the employment law and related regulatory compliance
- Establish and maintain good HRIS
- Prepare reports on manpower
- Involves in ad-hoc human capital projects

- Permanent
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9-6pm
Salary:
- Up to $6,000
Location:
- Bartley (office base)
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputable University.
- 3-5 year relevant experiences
- Good team player who is keen to learn and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Able to work in a fast pace environment with strong resilience to meet deadlines and targets
