Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and debug assistance included product training for local market.
• Handle product, technical, warranty, spare parts enquiries and complaints from end-customers, distributors, dealers and e-commerce platform and prepare service documents.
• Study in-warranty claims, compiling of F-Cost report from local market.
• Monitor quality issue and abnormal defect for local field feedback, make report to factory, take necessary action against warehouse, distributor and factory.
• Create training materials, technical procedures, service manuals and part guides for local distributors.
• Local FOC part management and from factory  
• Handle defective unit exchange to end customer, follow up defective unit repair, checking and grading at contractor before return to warehouse.
• Support renewal of COC, WELS testing, Environment policy and registration for new product.
• Assist to conduct field test for new products as and when is required.
• Support for establish of service management and service centre for local market.

• Permanent

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8.45am to 5.15pm

Salary: 

• Up to $4,500 + VB

Location: 

• Islandwide

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or related discipline 
• Minimum 5 years of experience of experience in consumer electronics after sales management industry.
• Strong product technical knowledge in home appliances and small kitchen appliances.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure.
