Assistant Executive (Centralised Processing)


- 2 years contract (renewable & convertible)
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm
- Near Kallang/ Lavender MRT
- Up to $3,800 + PB

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process revenue collection / receipting. 
  • Preparation of weekly Arrears reporting. 
  • Safekeep and return of Banker’s guarantee upon request. 
  • Track and monitor AR refundable deposits. 
  • Preparation of monthly donations report and yearly submission to IRAS. 
  • Preparation of data for KPI reporting. 
  • Any other ad-hoc request

Period:

  • 2 years contract (renewable & convertible)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm

Salary: 

  • Up to $3,800 + PB

Location: 

  • Near Kallang/ Lavender MRT

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Advance LCCI, CAT)
  • Minimum one year of experience as Accounts Assistant or bookeeper
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Good understanding of FRS and SB FRS.
  • Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • A good team player.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of tenancy and rental accounting, hands on experience of SAP accounting system will be an added advantage.
