Human Resource Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Leads team members in talent acquisition to support the business units as assigned.
• Pro-actively plans and organises hiring activities based on annual budget plan.
• Liaises with line managers on hiring needs and requirements; candidate selection and ensures that vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
• Ensures the timely preparation of offer package taking into consideration internal and external equity; seeking management approvals and follows through on offers and acceptance.
• Selects the appropriate recruitment channels to ensure that candidates are hired in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet manpower needs of the Company.
• Sources and negotiates the most favourable terms with recruitment agencies as working partners of the Company and follows up on the signing of agreements.
• Ensures effective branding of Company is projected in career websites, both internal and external.
• Prepares and organises career fairs.
• Ensures the proper induction of newhires with orientation training.• Works with educational institutions on internship program for the Company.
• Proactively liaises with managers on internship requirements and sources for interns as part of an ongoing regular program.
• Follows through on internship contractual matters.
• Administers the benefits program for employees in the Company.
• Ensures that the claims of employees are processed in a timely manner by team members.
• Ensures the follow up on medical insurance claims for employees.
• Assists to follow through on annual insurance renewals and follows up on preparation work.
• Assists in the preparation of HR SOPs, policies and guidelines.
• Ensures that the HR websites are maintained up to date with current organisation structures,
policies and documents.

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Industrial Psychology or any other related discipline
• Master’s Degree
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Change enabler for continuous improvement
• Good judgement and decision-making ability
• Set goals and drive achievement of results
• Planning, organising and optimizing use of resources
• Ability to lead others effectively
• Ability to develop people
• Excellent customer orientation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Technical competencies in HR
